Questions and answers
How long is a session?
45, 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the session you book.
What do I wear?
Anything comfortable to arrive in. You undress as far as you like, and a sheet covers you the whole time.
Am I covered the whole time?
Yes. Only the part we are working on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on.
Can I stop?
Yes, at any time and for any reason. We stop right away.
How do I set the pressure?
We ask before we start. Lymphatic work is light, and you can ask for lighter still, at any time.
What happens at a first visit?
A short intake on the booking page, a few minutes of talk about pressure, then the session. The first visit page has the steps.
How often should I come?
That is up to you and, if you are working with one, your provider. Some people come once. Others book a standing visit every few weeks.
Should I tip?
Tipping is optional. You can add it when you pay or hand it to your therapist.
What if I am ill or pregnant?
If you are unwell, tell us and we will move your visit. If you are pregnant, or have had surgery, ask your doctor or surgeon before you book.
Still have a question?
Call or send a message and we will get back to you.
